The theme of this year’s Prep School Dance Showcase was ‘Gogglebox’. Audiences settled in for a great night of telly to join the ‘family’ on the sofa as they fought over the remote and switched through the channels to enjoy their favourite shows.
Programmes ranged from bygone Hollywood classics, cartoons, Springwatch and many more. The atmosphere amongst the dancers both onstage and off was bubbling with excitement and there was a collective sense of pride in celebrating their creativity and hard work. And rightly so – the final performance proved that dance is alive and well in the Prep School and that there is much to look forward to from the dancers next year.
