Welcome to Hurst and thank you for your interest in our school. Our Admissions team are always happy to speak to parents and arrange appointments so that you and your child can come in and see what we have to offer.

We work hard to create a stimulating, caring environment for our pupils where they can fulfil their personal bests. We are looking for young people who will get the most out of, and enjoy, the opportunities that Hurst provides and who will make their own contribution to school life.

To achieve this we have developed an admissions process which not only looks at a pupil’s academic ability, but also their potential and whether they will be happy here. We believe the process is fair and sensitive to individual needs. Each year Hurst welcomes pupils from more than 40 different schools, from both the maintained and independent sectors.
