Remove (Year 10) student Darcy B recently won the Children on Horses Rider of the Year at the British Show Jumping Awards! This is an extremely well-deserved award for Darcy after further recent success with helping Team GB to the Bronze Medal at the Europeans and finishing 4^th individually alongside winning 4/5 classes at the British Show Jumping National Championships.

Fifth Form (Year 11) student Lauren W made her HOYS debut a winning one in the Pony Foxhunter Championship! Twenty-one riders faced course designer Ben Townley’s 12-fence 1.25m track but Lauren set off on her pony Eloclea, utilising the mare’s big stride and risking tight inside turns, keeping the audience on their toes to take 1^st place. This is another well-deserved win.
