JPS celebrated the NSPCC’s annual Talk PANTS campaign with a full programme of activities aimed at promoting children’s safety and wellbeing.

Pupils enjoyed a vibrant language‑themed day, highlighted by a lively French Fashion Show and an engaging bilingual performance of Shipwrecked en France.

Pupils in the Junior Prep School took an active role in shaping this year’s Safer Internet Day, following a highly productive PSHCE Pupil Voice lunch.

Year 2 pupils enjoyed an inspiring day of hands-on learning during their visit to Lewes Castle, where their classroom history lessons were brought vividly to life. 

Year 4 pupils enjoyed a memorable journey back to the 1940s as they took part in an immersive World War II Day filled with hands-on activities.

Year 3 pupils stepped into the world of Ancient Egypt during a full day of immersive activities that blended history, art, and hands-on learning.

Year 1 pupils became budding astronomers as they set off on an exciting adventure to the Herstmonceux Observatory Science Centre.

The SPS welcomed writer and researcher Tim Locke for a powerful Holocaust Memorial talk based on his own family’s history.

Reception pupils were treated to a special visitor, The Head of College, Mr Mott, who joined them for an enchanting storytime session.

Year 4 pupils enjoyed an immersive day at Newhaven Fort to deepen their understanding of life during and after the Second World War. 

Years 7 and 8 were treated to an exciting Masterclass Morning, offering a unique opportunity to explore new skills and subjects beyond the traditional classroom.

Year 4 pupils have been delving into the history of World War II, bringing their learning to life through an exciting cross-curricular project.
