Hiring multiple venues
If you require more than one venue, you can combine the spaces you need into a bespoke packages. Occasionally, discounts can be offered for multiple rooms, so please ask our team.
Requirements
To ensure safety and compliance, all hirers must provide:
- Safeguarding policy provided with nominated DSL contact details
- Safer Recruitment Policy/statement provided including DBS certification for any staff working with children or vulnerable adults
- Public Liability Insurance (at the minimum cover level specified by Hurst College)
- A completed Booking Form prior to confirmation

Chapel
The Chapel, set within the College’s Inner Quad, includes a large alter, Narthex and Lady Chapel. Traditional features include pew seating, wooden rafters, and stained glass windows. The Chapel can be used for religious services, reflections, concerts, and family or community gatherings.
Music School Hall
The Music School Hall was refurbished in 2025. It is ideal for formal seated events, speaker events, music performances or small drama performances.
Small Dance Studio
A Dance Studio which is ideal for small dance lessons and dance practice.
Large Dance Studio
A newly-designed Dance Studio for dance lessons and rehearsals.
Drama Studio
A specialised space for drama lessons, rehearsals and performances.
Drama Space (Prep School)
The Drama Space, located in the Prep School, is a multi-use space for drama, activities or performances.
Drama Space (Senior School)
A multi-use space, situated in the Senior School. Can be hired for Drama, academic purposes or other indoor activities.
Games Room
The Games Room, located in the Prep School, is ideal for indoor games, activities, events or parties. Especially suitable for events with young children.
Children’s Library
A multi-use quiet space located within the Hurst Junior Prep School. Ideal for quiet activities, small table-based games, reading, studying or meetings.
Lecture Theatre
The Lecture Theatre is a modern, university-style lecture theatre. It is ideal for giving presentations, seminars and talks.
Conference Room
The Conference Room is a bright and spacious room which is ideal for conferences, lessons and speaker events.
Classrooms
Hurst has a number of classrooms available for hire.
Library Seminar Room
A small meeting room within the Senior School Library.
Meeting Room
A meeting room which is ideal for a small number of people.
