Strength and Conditioning

Hurst provides tailored strength and conditioning programmes to suit a wide range of individuals’ sporting needs.

We support the athletic development of athletes from the ages of 7 to 18 years, with special attention to developing fundamental movement skills and injury prevention.

We work alongside specialist coaches and our Player Welfare team in order to provide effective and safe return to play programmes. We also carry out regular fitness testing to track players’ progression and provide feedback to assist in the players’ continued athletic development.

Students can use our two fitness suites which are fitted with top of the range cardio-vascular training equipment and resistance training weights. All students are fully supervised by our Strength and Conditioning team when using the gym.
