Year 7 pupils have achieved outstanding success in the David Shepherd Global Canvas competition, with their collaborative entry The Book of Life selected as a finalist in the highly competitive 12–16 Group Entries category.
Competing against submissions from 82 countries worldwide, the cohort’s work stood out for its creative interpretation and technical execution, marking a significant accomplishment for all 85 pupils involved.
The project saw pupils explore the theme through dry point etching, producing a striking collection of prints that combine intricate line work, texture, and imaginative design.
