Year 4 pupils enjoyed an action‑packed residential trip to Windmill Hill, taking part in a wide range of outdoor and team‑building activities designed to challenge their bravery and build confidence.
During the visit, children tested their nerve with abseiling, raced against friends on micro‑scooters, and danced the night away at a lively silent disco. One of the most memorable activities was the sensory trail, where pupils navigated a woodland path while blindfolded, relying on teamwork, communication and trust to guide them safely through.
Teachers said the trip was a fantastic opportunity for pupils to try new experiences and work with different classmates, helping them develop resilience and co-operation skills.
The group also celebrated a special birthday during their stay. After the evening disco, pupils gathered to enjoy cake and mark the occasion together, adding an extra highlight to an already unforgettable trip.
