During this term, students from Shell to Upper Sixth enjoyed a series of online Speed Talks delivered by the Hurst parent body and alumni on a variety of industries and career paths.
Each event had four hosts representing different aspects of their professions enabling students to develop a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities available to them and possible routes of entry.
Speed Talks were held for the following careers: Medical, PR, Journalism and Event Management, Financial Services and Finance, IT and Technology, TV/Theatre and Production, Marketing Communications, Veterinary, Law, Engineering and Science, Property, Insurance, Government and the Civil Service, Army/Navy and RAF, Entrepreneurship and working within a global organisation.
