U11 Team Claim Championship Title - Hurstpierpoint College

The U11s team delivered an outstanding performance at the SISNA competition, emerging as champions after a day of intense and high-quality netball.

Six teams took part in the tournament, and the opening rounds saw the team face every opponent. From the outset, they displayed exceptional consistency and control, securing victories in all their matches.

The semi-final brought a second meeting with Seaford, who significantly raised their level of play. Undeterred, the team responded with determination and composure, earning a well-deserved win and securing their place in the final.

The last match of the day saw them take on Brighton College Prep in what proved to be a closely fought contest. Brighton started strongly and maintained pressure throughout, leading to a tense finish with the two teams’ level at full time. With an additional two minutes on the clock, the players quickly regained momentum, showing impressive focus as they pulled ahead by two goals to claim the championship title.

After a full day of competition, the team’s hard work and resilience shone through. Their victory marks them as the SISNA 2026 winners, a triumph they can be immensely proud of.
