Pupils from Reception to Year 2 delighted audiences with their vibrant and imaginative performance of Mega, Mighty Minibeasts, a heartwarming play packed with adventure and an important message.
The story follows Ramble the centipede and her friends, whose world is turned upside down when they discover that they are not the “mighty beasts” they believed themselves to be, but in fact tiny minibeasts. Determined to make sense of this revelation, the group sets off on an exciting journey in search of answers.
Along the way, Ramble and her companions encounter new challenges that help them better understand their place in the world. As their adventure unfolds, they begin to realise that being small does not make them insignificant. Instead, they learn that each of them has a vital role to play and that their contributions are far more important than they first imagined.
The performance was full of enthusiasm and charm, showcasing the confidence, creativity and teamwork of the young cast. With expressive acting and engaging storytelling, the children brought their characters to life and kept the audience captivated from beginning to end.
