Reception class had a fantastic day at Amberley Museum, stepping back in time to explore journeys from the past. The highlight of the day was an exciting ride on a vintage train and bus, which brought history to life in a fun way.
The class also learned about old bicycles, with some lucky pupils ringing antique bicycle bells. Dianna, their knowledgeable guide, introduced the group to the craft of wheelmaking. The adventure ended with a visit to the museum’s telephone room. Students had great fun using antique phones to call each other on.
