The start of term was a big milestone for the youngest pupils of the school as they spent their first day in Reception class. The 16 new starters arrived bright and early, eager to start their first day at school.
They quickly learned where to hang their coats, made new friends and explored their classroom. The mud kitchen and dressing up proved a big hit. A big highlight was joining the year 1 and 2 children in the playground, but the children all agreed that their favourite part of the day was their very first school dinner in the ‘big’ dining hall.
