In order to run, we have a formal Constitution, with a committee consisting of officers and year representatives elected from the parental body, together with the Master and teacher representatives.

There is an AGM in early September, when officers and committee members are elected. All parents are very welcome to attend. The committee then have meetings averaging two per term, when social events are organised and potential donations decided.
