Earlier on this week the Prep School hosted the first ever Under 11 Cricket 6-a-side competiton. Organised by Mr O'Grady the five pitches were arranged around the North field and the day was blest with ideal cricketing weather. This 5 over competition allowed Hurst to field 2 Under 11 teams and both performed well. The A team went through to win a close fought final against St Bedes, winning with only 4 balls to go.
