Girls' Hockey

Girls' Hockey at Hurst continues to grow from strength to strength. The girls compete and challenge themselves every week against the big hockey schools such as Eastbourne,  Kings Canterbury, Epsom and Cranleigh. The standard of Hockey played has improved hugely with silverware and success not far off now.

Teams on offer:

• Senior Teams - each team consisting of 11 players
  1st,  2nd, 3rd, U16A, U16B

• Junior Teams - each team consisting of  11 players
  U15A, U15B,U15D, U14A, U14B, U14C, U14D

Achievements:
The 1st XI and u14A teams both reached the semi finals of the National Schools qualifying  tournaments.
The U15B and U14C teams each only lost one match out of nine.
1st XI player Megan Edwards has been selected for the final squad of 28 for the England U16 Hockey team.
