Most of our pupils study core subjects of English, English Literature, Mathematics, Core and Additional Science and Society and Self (combining elements of PSHEE and Citizenship).
Additionally, five (or four if the pupil requires Learning Support) optional subject choices are selected from option blocks which include the following: Art, Applied Business, Design & Technology, Drama, French, Geography, German, History, Information Technology, Latin, Music, Optional Science, Physical Education, Spanish and Religious Studies.
Those undertaking Optional Science are prepared for examinations in the three separate sciences: Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
