Strength and Conditioning

    Hurst provides tailored strength and conditioning programmes to suit a wide range of individuals' sporting needs. We support the athletic development of athletes from the ages of 7 to 18 years, with special attention to developing fundamental movement skills and injury prevention. 

    We work alongside specialist coaches and the player welfare team in order to provide an effective and safe return to play programmes. We also carry out regular fitness testing to track players' progression and provide feedback to assist in the players continued athletic development. 

    All students have access to this service.
