    Executive/Administrative Assistant to the Bursar

Full time (or a minimum of 4 days per week)

The principal duty of the jobholder is to assist and provide executive and administrative support to the Bursar as well as other managers in the Bursar’s team and throughout the College.  This will include working alongside the HR Assistant on HR matters.

This role would ideally suit an experienced executive assistant with substantial administrative skills, who has a meticulous eye for detail and an efficient way of working, as well as the confidence to hit the ground running and very much take the initiative.  The role is all year round and incredibly varied, fast pace and administratively demanding.  Not only does the Bursar require secretarial support with drafting letters and documents, filtering all telephone calls and managing a busy diary, but the successful candidate will also take responsibility for various administrative tasks including the organisation of governing body committee meetings.

Prioritising is key, as is a robust, flexible and can-do attitude.

This job is full time or could be for a minimum of four days per week.

    Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (fte)

Closing Date: Monday 21st January 2019
