Our Art and Photography courses encourage creativity and independent thinking and pupils are encouraged to develop their own styles in a variety of media. There is a huge array of options for both the talented artist and the tentative newcomer to explore.

Weekly workshops and late night open studio

There are many co-curricular opportunities for students to explore their creativity beyond lessons, including:

    • Art club
    • Weekly rotational workshop activities in Fine Art, Design, Illustration, Photography, Print-making and Sculpture
    • Weekly Life Drawing classes
    • Evening studio sessions
    • Specialist Saturday workshops in Textiles, Sculpture, Painting and Print-making

We display our students' Art and Photography work throughout the college. We also have opportunities for our students to display their work at our open gallery evenings and at the end of year Summer Art Exhibition.

The constantly changing displays of art work around the College add colour, vibrancy and variety to our surroundings.
